# Fair Use

All services provided by Notte Labs, Inc. ("Notte"), including the Console, Anything API, Agent Vaults, and cloud browser sessions, operate under this Fair Use Policy. In general, don't do anything illegal or we will ban you from the platform.

# Allowed

  • Web automation and browser agents
  • Web scraping (public data, in compliance with applicable laws and target site terms)
  • API integrations and backends
  • Scheduled jobs and workflows
  • QA testing and monitoring
  • Machine learning and data pipelines
  • Research and development

# Not Allowed

  • Unauthorized access to systems or networks
  • Circumventing authentication or security controls on third-party sites
  • Credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or account takeover attempts
  • Scraping personal data in violation of GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws
  • Distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) or load-based attacks
  • Distribution of malware, phishing, or spam
  • Crypto mining
  • Hosting or distribution of DMCA-protected content
  • Fraud, card testing, or financial crime
  • Impersonation or identity theft
  • Creating fake accounts or abusing trial/free plans
  • Any activity that violates applicable law

# Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all actions performed through your account, API keys, and automated agents. This includes actions initiated by third-party code, AI models, or automation pipelines operating under your credentials.

If your automated agent accesses a third-party website or service, you are responsible for ensuring that access complies with that site's terms of service and applicable law. Notte does not monitor or validate the legality of individual automated actions.

# Enforcement

We won't hesitate to shut down any illegal or abusive activity on the platform. Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund. If you wouldn't run it on your machine, don't run it on ours.
